In 2011, The National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) tested Angstrom Renewable's Electrolyzer with wind turbines - one of the first Renewable Energy to Electrolyzer verification tests. Angstrom Renewable's patented stack design allowed the electrolyzer to adapt to fluctuating power sources such as wind and solar. Angstrom Renewable designed the containerized MW electrolyzer to meet the unique requirements of Wind/Solar to Hydrogen projects. The cutting-edge technologies of the stack design and the containerized system brought the generation of Green Hydrogen from the feasibility stage to the actuality of large-scale commercial-plant production.
